The above image is a montage poster image with the brief to try and sell the Royal Navy Rugby Union Referees. In order to meet the brief a composite image was used that is suitable for both print and online media marketing. It is designed as a native A2 poster and in print format would be topped and tailed with text along with a white border. As an online media image this associated text would be as part of the media page. Through the image the diversity of RNRURS officiating has been captured along with a strong association with the Royal Navy. In total there are 23 different referees and the image covers international to unit rugby with all points in-between along with refereeing a Twickenham which should be considered a major recruitment attraction for RN referees.
